First, a professional rodent exclusion expert will conduct a comprehensive rodent assessment of your property during the free inspection. We will meticulously identify entry and exit points, take pictures of the damaged and infested areas, and inform you of any other potential damage to wiring, insulation, and HVAC ducts to give you an overall perspective of the infestation’s severity. We will then explain the causes of it and present options, answering all your inquiries in a professional, courteous manner.
Immediately following the Free Inspection, you will receive a complimentary estimate and diagnostic report detailing the damage and its severity, our process, and recommended solutions for remediation. Our detailed diagnostic report will be fully customized, offering a thorough evaluation of all property damage and its magnitude, ripple effects, and entry/exit points. We will provide educational material to help you understand the problem, as well as industry-standard remediation techniques. A timeline and steps for implementation will be included, with the comprehensive diagnostic report accompanying our estimate and outlining the solutions needed to resolve the issue.
Upon approval of the estimate, our team of professionally trained technicians will use heavy-duty HEPA Vacuums to remove visible droppings, nests, debris, and dead rodents. Hard-to-reach areas will be manually brushed to minimize contaminants and their spread. Practiced containment protocols with HEPA-filtered equipment, materials, and tools will prevent these elements from entering your living spaces. This step will effectively end the infestation and prepare the area for sanitization.
We will then use Bioesque Disinfectant and Peppermint essential oil to sanitize and decontaminate the area . Peppermint oil acts as a natural rodent deterrent, sprayed on top of the Bioesque. This solution will disinfect and mask pheromones, deterring exterior rodents from entering the treated area.
Our skilled technicians will inspect the area inside and out for entry points, using wire mesh, steel wool, foam, and steel wire to seal and reinforce these points. We will aim to secure vents, ducts, holes, pipes, and other vulnerable areas, preventing current and future access by rodents. This comprehensive sealing process will ensure your home is protected against future rodent activity.
After securing the perimeter, our rodent exclusion experts will strategically place snap traps around the property. This will cut off interior rodents from outside food sources and serve as a double-check of our work, ensuring no entry points were missed.
